A case in which the three PRA suspects are accused of murder in Bushenyi district has hit another snug after the accused refused to leave their prison wards to appear before court.

A High way police patrol car was deployed near the prison premises blocking relatives who went to visit inmates.
A road block mounted by prison security personnel was put on the Nyamushekyera road.
Tweyambe, Atukunda and Joseph Musasizi are accused of murdering John Byarugaba in 2002 at Imaramagambo in Bushenyi district.

The lawyers of the three suspects petitioned the constitutional court to block the case.
The two suspects were on Tuesday transferred from Luzira to Bushenyi district where they are charged with murder.
