The Aruu county MP, Odonga Otto, wants the queen of England to visit the IDP camps in Northern Uganda, during the commonwealth heads of government meeting (CHOGM).
Otto says he plans to petition the British High Commission and the commonwealth secretariat, to ensure that the IDP camps are top on the list of places that the Queen must visit while in Uganda.
Otto argues that the IDP camps and not the beautified streets in Kampala would give a better impression of the other side of Uganda.
