Four Suspected Thieves Nabbed in Manafwa

Police have arrested four suspects alleged to have been terrorizing Manafwa district.

The suspects were identified as Sadik Muliro, Richard Wandulu, Mohamed Wodea and Richard Wamukoa.

Manafwa District Police Commander, Rashid Doka, says police acted on a tip-off from Bubulo trading center where the suspects were hiding several stolen property worth millions of shillings.

The suspects were found in possession of computers and television sets.

Doka says the four had been involved in a string of robberies in Manafwa district.

Many notorious criminals are reported to have fled police operations in Kampala for the less policed up-country towns.
