Ugandan long distance champion, Dorcus Inzikuru, has been ruled out of this Friday's ExxonMobil Bislett Games in Oslo, Norway. Inzikuru, the 2005 World champion, last run in March 2007 after which she took time off to give birth to her first child. She has been sidelined since them by injury and illness.
