Student Enrollment in Karamoja on the Rise

Secondary school student enrollment in Karamoja has increased over the last four years, but unfortunately there are hardly any teachers in the arid troubled region and no classroom in which to hold classes.

Isaac Gahwera, the Head Master of Kotido Secondary School, says the student numbers have risen because of two government programs
