Police Guards Solar Power Installations In Pader Due To Increased Theft

Police in Pader district is to deploy around major solar installations. The Pader Resident District Commission Lt. Okot Santo Lapolo has asked the police to guard the installation following increased thefts in the district.

According to Lapolo the district security committee is acting in response to the recent theft of seven high grade solar panels at Kalongo Senior Secondary school.

The RDC says security agencies are closing in on the thugs who are still at large believed to be from Gulu and Lira districts.
