Sport
The founder of Bugerere Football Club, Badru Ssentongo has denied claims that he abandoned the team, but says he stepped aside to iron out a few differences.
According to Ssentongo he has no intentions to abandon the team nor hand it over to anyone who shows up and wants to manage the team.
Bugerere FC plays in the super league, but has only managed two wins out of the 25 matches it has played and faces threats of relegation.
Last week, fans on Bugerere FC, accused Ssentongo of abandoning the team and claimed they had taken over its management. But Ssentongo says he stepped aside, because all club officials distanced themselves from him.
