The Central African Republic has joined Uganda and the Democratic Republic of Congo in the hunt for Lord's Resistance Army commander, Joseph Kony.
A statement from the United Nations Mission to the Democratic Republic of Congo (MONUC) says the Central African Republic last week joined Uganda and the DRC for the first time in their monthly coordination meeting to evaluate the operations carried out against the LRA. The operation, in the northeast DRC, is being conducted by the Congolese armed forces with intelligence support from the Uganda People's Defence Forces and MONUC.
