RVR Ready to Resume Passenger Train Services

Brown Odengo, the executive chairman of the Rift Valley Railways says that they are ready to resume train operations in Uganda.
He however says that government's fairly to sign another concession with Rift Valley Railways is blocking shareholders from investing 10.8million dollars into the ages old company.
