Six suspects have been arrested in Jinja for the murder of a Six year old boy, Emmanuel Kironde, last week.
Kironde was killed on the night of 16th July this year and dumped in a garden at a neighbor's place in Mbiko, with his neck cut off from his head and the rest of the body.
Police spokesperson for South Eastern Uganda, Zurah Ganyana says that one of the suspects ,Moses Jemba, confessed to being involved in the plans to have the boy killed. But he also says that he worked together with James Muwanga, Anthony Sendikadiwa, Ivan Nyombi, Mariam Muwalidi all traditional healers and Muzamir Mayombwe, a former friend of the boy.

Following the news, angry villagers in Namwezi village in Mbiko, Mukono district this morning went on a rampage and burnt down houses belonging to Jemba and Mayombwe, destroying property estimated at 12 million shillings.
Joseph Mayanja, the Namwezi village LC1 Chairman explained that one of the traditional healers blew his colleagues' cover when he alerted police about what was going on. A prompt Police inspection of their premises found one human skull and an ulna borne at Moses Jemba's home as well as a blood stained back cloth which was unearthed from three graves in his back yard.

Joan Akullo, a resident in the area told Uganda Radio Network that since last week they have been on a hunt out for the killers of the young boy.
