Nasser Takuba Kibirige, the LC 3 chairperson Kawempe Division is being held at Kampala Central Police station for inciting violence.
Takuba was picked up on Friday evening together with three Buganda kingdom officials and detained at Kawempe division.
He was later transfered to Kampala Central Police Station.
The officials are Baker Ssengendo the representative of Kabaka Ronald Mutebi in Kawempe division, Semakula Meleewoma of Kabaka's Bulungi Bwansi and one Sebwato.
It is alleged that four were found registering Baganda youth and other well wishers for the controversial tour of Bugerere by Kabaka Ronald Mutebi.
Edward Sekabanja, the Kawempe Division RDC has confirmed the arrest of the officials but declined to divulge details.
Hundreds of Buganda loyalists registered in different parts of Buganda to escort Kabaka Ronald Mutebi to Bugerere against the government warnings against the tour.
