Leaders in Bunyoro are bitter with Buganda Kingdom over the recent riots which paralyzed the country.
They are even more disturbed by the death of two people from Masindi district during the riots.
Twenty-eight-year-old Patrick Kaijamurubi, a UPDF soldier and Shakila Kabasinguzi, a house wife, all from Masindi were among the more than a dozen people killed in the riots.
At the burial of Kaijamurubi today evening, the prime minister of Bunyoro Kingdom Yabezi Kiiza, said the Omukama Solomon Gafabusa Iguru, like his subject are unhappy with Buganda. He said the king sent him to the burial to convey the message.
Kiiza said Buganda should listen to the central government and solve their differences amicably that affecting the whole country. He said those who participated in the chaos must have been drunkards and drug addicts.
Kaijamurubi, is survived by a two-year-old son and a pregnant woman.
The deceased's clan has reportedly lost 18 sons while in serving in the army, three being Kaijamurubi's close brothers.
