The body of a 13-year-old boy, believed to have been killed as a human sacrifice, has been found in Kamwenge town.
Dickson Guma Twijukye was beheaded early this morning and his body dumped in his father's house located in Salute village in Kamwenge town council.
Twijuke's father, Robert Baruga, says he and his wife left home before sunrise leaving the boy with instructions to prepare breakfast. He says when they returned from tilling their fields, they were shocked to find Twijukye lying in a pool of blood.

Raymond Onencan, the officer in charge of Kamwenge Central Police Station, says he has launched a door-to-door operation to find Twijukye's killers.
The murder of Dickson Guma Twijukye is the first suspected human sacrifice case recorded in Kamwenge town. It comes two weeks after a man in shongororo town council in Ibanda district sold his son to a businessman to be killed in a ritual murder.
