A new education program, specifically geared at the Karamoja region, has been launched by the Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA).
The three -year project is designed to support and improve the capacity of Karamoja's underserved population by increasing the quality and access to social services through both formal and non-formal education. A press statement from ADRA says Karamoja was chosen because of its limited access to basic social services, such as education, health care, and safe water and sanitation.
