Four teenagers in Lira town have been arrested for their alleged involvement in the murder of a 27-year-old man.
Paul Obang, a saloon operator in Lira town was found dead last week and his body dumped in Agwatta forest in Dokolo district.
Henry Alyanga, the Central North Police spokesman, says that the body was found with burns and says that police believes the deceased was attacked and killed by the four teenagers.
The suspects are Bob Okello, Dickens Kali, a student at Human Technical institute in Lira town, Dan Kawa and Suede Elwa.
The police spokesperson says that the suspects all worked at the deceased's saloon and its believed that they could have been behind the murder.
On interrogation, the suspects confessed to killing Obang. They also told police that they stole 600,000 shillings from him.
They claimed that they decided to kill their boss because he sold off the saloon from which they used to earn their living.
The suspects are expected in court shortly to answer charges of murder.
