UNEB Tips Examinations Scouts on New Cheating Tricks

External assistance accounts for 90 percent of examination malpractices in science subjects during UNEB final exams. Dan Odongo, UNEB deputy secretary in charge of secondary school exams explains that the malpractice usually occurs during practical examinations.

Odongo was today briefing examination scouts ahead of the ‘O' level examinations that start next week. He urged the examination scouts to be on the lookout as students have devised other means of cheating examinations.

Eve Konde, UNEB public relations officer says that efforts are being made to have smooth, reliable and credible examinations.

The timetable released by UNEB indicates that the students will start with Geography on Monday and end with computer exams on Tuesday 23 November.
