Dickson Rugundana, Jinja district traffic boss, says drivers should avoid over speeding and loading passengers in cars that are not registered to carry passebgers this will reduce accidents and traffic crime along highways.
He says this has been constant due to increased recklessness on the road, smaller roads and increased traffic.
