FDC's Alaso Accused of Antagonizing Party Members in Soroti

News
Members of the Forum for Democratic Change in Soroti, have petitioned the party's Electoral Commission, to restrain the party's secretary general Alice Alaso from antagonizing FDC activities in the district.
Fred Okello, the lead petitioner claims that Alaso selected the FDC candidate for Kyere Sub-County against the wish of the party members
The Sixty-eight petitioners also want the Commisions chairman Rubaramira Ruranga, to reverse a decision taken by Alaso to replace all the executives' members of the FDC party in Serere County.
Alaso however told Uganda Radio Network correspondent in Soroti that her actions are not meant to disorganize the party, but to eliminate undisciplined members from the party.
She says that Ruranga cannot reverse her actions.
