Somali Truck Driver Knocked Dead in Iganga

A 40 year old Somali national has been knocked dead in Iganga town this evening.
A 40-year-old Somali national has been knocked dead in Iganga town.

Juma Mohammed, was knocked and killed on Monday evening as he attempted to cross the road,  to pack his lorry in a proper manner.

Canatias Mugisha, the Iganga traffic boss, says the driver did not have proper driving permits and became nervous when confronted by police.  He says the driver was not in his proper conscience.

His body was by Monday night still lying t Iganga hospital morgue.
