The Kiboga Resident District Commissioner, James Mukiibi Serunjogi, has been dragged to court for his alleged involvement in the meddling of land conflicts.
The conflict revolves around land occupied by Kiboga town council Head quarters, Kiboga government hospital, Kiboga district Head quarters and Kiboga central police station.
Kakembo Waswa Badru, Musasizi Patrick and Joseph Kityo, all residents of Kiboga town claim that they posses valid titles of the land which accommodates the four government institutions.
But on 6th July 2011 the RDC allegedly wrote a letter to the Commissioner Land registration under the ministry of Lands and urban development ,calling for the cancellation of land titles located on Bloc 655 plot Number 215 and 217.
He claimed that the purpoted owners acquired the land titles fraudently.
The RDC maintained that the land which belongs to government of Republic of Uganda, accommodates over Ten (10) permanent government structures. The letter cited buildings which accommodate Kiboga town council Head quarters, the hospital and Kiboga district Head quarters or Kiboga house.

But the three men sued the RDC in Nakawa Magistrates court in Kampala seeking the nullification of any land title from the Resident District Commissioner.
The three men claim they acquired the land from their parents in the that 1920s. They want court to determine whether the RDC is allowed by law to investigate any land matter with out the help of technical surveyors.
The RDC is expected in court to file his defence.
