In a speech delivered for him by the third Deputy Prime Minister, Lt. General Moses Ali, the president asked religious leaders in the country to lay strategies means of instilling good morals into the people especially the young generation to save the country from corruption.
 
Moses Ali was on September 15, 2011 representing the president at fundraising ceremony in Kasese town aimed at raising over sh. 600 million to construct a District Mosque, an Administration Block and to purchase a Car for the District Khadhi.
