The United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon says that governments around the world need to continue to work together to reduce the threat of terrorism.
Ban, who spoke at a Security Council meeting on terrorism on Friday, suggested strengthening law enforcement and tackling the underlying drivers of extremism.
He said the international community continues to pursue a robust and comprehensive response to terrorism.
