The Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) has said they are ready to host the forth coming FIFA Women Football Com-Unity course which will take place in the capital Kampala from July 10-13.

The President of the Federation of International Football Association (FIFA), Joseph S. Blatter approved the Women’s Football Com-Unity course last month during the Assembly in Budapest, Hungary.

FUFA’s Chief Executive Officer Edgar Watson on Sunday evening said an instructor from FIFA Kelebogile Mosimanewapula was in Uganda over a week ago to discuss and lay strategies for the success of the three day seminar. Watson said the course is timely to the federation’s demands and more particularly to women football development. The course will mainly focus on women football development.

Participants will be drawn from Government, FUFA, sponsors, the media and Non Governmental Organisations relating with women football. The course is also expected to help improve cooperation and communication between a member association, government, NGOs, the media and other partners.
