Hamza Kahwa, the acting secretary of Uganda Rowing Federation says that P’Minga is accused of hiding and refusing to give any information to the URF President as concerns the Federation matters, failure to correspond on International activities for the rowing athletes thus making them fail to participate in several International events including the 2012 London Olympic qualifiers and also sabotaging both national and International Rowing activities involving Uganda.

P’Minga, was also suspended by from his post as Assistant UOC secretary general by the UOC extra Ordinary Assembly together the banned UOC President Roger Hans Ddungu for breach of the UOC constitution. Dennis Walusimbi Ssengendo, the URF President says that he was very disappointed with P’Minga because he is a veteran sports administrator who should be in the know of what is good for sports. Ssengendo says that it was surprising that P’Minga forwarded Ddungu’s name to the International body as President of the Rowing body in Uganda.

Cue out; Straight from a comic book,”//

But P’Minga describes his suspension as stupid saying it has no meaning. P’Ming argues that he cannot be suspended because he is the founder of the sport in the country.
