Anti-Corruption Organization Remembers AIDS Victims

News
Anti Corruption Coalition Uganda holds a vigil tonight to remember people who died because of the lack of HIV/AIDS drugs as a result of the mismanagement of the Global Fund project in Uganda.
The Programs Manager in charge of Capacity building, Lillian Muyomba says the vigil will bring on board other partner organizations which work directly on issues of HIV/AIDS.
Muyomba says that then purpose of the vigil is to ask the President to put into action the recommendations of the Global Fund Commission of inquiry which was handed over to President Museveni on Wednesday.

The Coordinator Anti Corruption Coalition Uganda, Geoffrey Rwakabale says the recommendations of the commission should not be implemented immediately because it involves tax payers' money from other countries.
