The office of the Inspector General of Government claims that corruption in Uganda is steadily reducing.

Deputy IGG Raphael Baku reports that his office is investigating fewer corruption cases each year. He attributes this to increased awareness about the effects of corruption on development and institutional mechanism established to fight corruption.
