Sudanese Refugees Treated to Rousing Welcome in Southern Sudan

News
Sudanese refugees who returned home after more than 20 years of exile in Uganda have been warmly received by their country.
The group of more than 200 refugees returned home on Tuesday through the support of the United Nations refugee agency (UNHCR). They were relocated from Rhino Camp settlements in Arua district to Morobo and Yei River counties in South Sudan's Central Equatoria State.
Waiting for them at Kaya border town were thousands of Sudanese who sang, ululated and chanted to welcome their country men and women.
