Armed Thugs Raid Adjumani Village

Crime
Armed thugs raided Dzaipi sub-county in Adjumani District in the wee hours of Tuesday and robbed residents of property and cash.
Army spokesman for West Nile, Lt. Paul Wamboga says the incident happened at about 4:00 am when the residents were sleeping.
Wamboga says the four attackers, armed with two guns, are not rebel soldiers of the Lord's Resistance Army as was being claimed. He says the attackers are just thugs masquerading as rebels.
