Uganda's Mohammed Kizito will take on Kenya's Charles Dama for the African Boxing Union Super Bantamweight title fight, which is slated for October 9 at Sabrina's pub, in Kampala.
Big Strikers president, David Kyambadde, announced today that Kizito who won gold in the 1999 All African games and later in the Sydney 2000 Olympics, qualified for ABU after beating Kenya's Mubilu Swaib, in a ten round tune.
Other fights on October 9th will include a ladies' Bantamweight contest between Hawa Daku and Nantongo Mulinde.
Other top cards include David Basajja, who will take on another Kenyan Sedrick Kipruto, while the Ugandan rivals Faruk Daku and Hassad Haruna face off in the Super welterweight.
