Uganda Radio Network (URN) is an independent news agency that supplies news articles and programs to over 80 radio stations and other media platforms in Uganda.

Uganda Radio Network’s productions include current news reports, features, magazine programs and exclusive interviews, presented in a timely and accurate manner for consumption by the media and other news users.

Subscribers to Uganda Radio Network’s services are assured of comprehensive news from all over Uganda because URN has 18 active bureaus around Uganda.

Uganda Radio Network’s bureaus are located in Kampala, Entebbe, Mukono, Luweero,  Masaka, Mbarara, Kabale, Jinja, Mbale, Kabarole, Hoima, Kasese, Gulu, Lira, Kitgum, Arua, Soroti and Moroto.

URN has been providing timely, accurate and trusted news for many media in Uganda since it went online in 2005.

The Daily Monitor newspaper, The Red Pepper Publications, Capital FM, CBS, Open Gate Radio, Radio Pacis, Voice of Kigezi, UBC Radio are among URN’s clients that rely on the agency to deliver national news as it breaks.
