In the memoir titled "Why Fireflies Glow," Professor Edward Rugumayo shares his personal account as an active participant in Uganda's troubled political history. He evaluates the different administrations that the people of Uganda have witnessed over a period of 61 years. “...In Uganda however, the ideology is individual loyalty and eating, which means corruption,” Rugumayo says.
