The official made it clear that the meetings were fruitful because management of Arsenal FC have decided they will have partnership with Uganda where they will train coaches, allow the Uganda Cranes use their facilities for camping and also build an academy.

Onyik said that it is time for Uganda to start marketing sports tourism out there so that several top teams and sports personalities come to Uganda. " We agreed in principle that Arsenal FC will visit Uganda next June, but we are not sure as yet if they will also play an international friendly game," added the NCS Board Chairman.

The NCS Board is very happy that the partnership with Arsenal FC will help develop football in Uganda and also help market Uganda's sports tourism better.
