James Nkata, the Mukono Chief Administrative Officer, says the road unit was taken to the Ministry of Works and Transport for repair. He however adds that even if it is returned to Mukono, the district lacks the capacity to maintain the roads due to the delayed quarterly releases of money this financial year.
