Most of the people expected to turn up for surgery this week are those with hernias, goiters and swellings that they have endured for up to ten years and according to Dr. Frank Asiimwe, a Consultant Urologist at Mulago National Referral Hospital they are expecting up to a thousand including some who will be assessed and referred for further care.
