The High Court in Kampala has permitted prosecutors to amend the charges against Molly Katanga’s co-accused.
Katanga’s daughters, Martha Nkwanzi and Patricia Kankwanzi, will now face an additional charge of being accessories after the fact of murder, in addition to the initial charge of destroying valuable evidence used in the murder of their father.
Similarly, Shamba Boy George Amanyire and Nursing Officer Charles Otai, who were initially facing charges of being accessories after the fact of murder, will now also face charges of destroying valuable evidence.
