National Perspective meets up with Captain Alex movie director Isaac Nabwana who with very little money and a lot of imagination and humour is bringing attention to Ugandan film makers. With his “no budget movies,” Nabwana’s movies have attracted international actors who wish to star in his productions that seem fun and funny.
