Running waters wrecked havoc in Nshanjare town council in Rubanda West County, Rubanda district on Saturday evening. The running water resulted from heavy rains that took more than two hours.
About three people were injured and 22 others lost their property like shops, houses, and household items, according to Bismark Kobusheshe, area LC3 Chairman. The running water also did not spare gardens
