Fifteen youths are in police custody at Makerere University after they were found selling graduation gifts without permission from the university.

The arrested were selling graduation gifts, biscuits, key holders and calendars to graduands.

Dennis Kasibante, the Officer in Charge of Makerere Police, told URN that those arrested were found to have forged permits to allow them to conduct businesses during the graduation week.
