Thousands of people from around the country stormed the streets in Kampala over the weekend to participate in the annual Kampala City Carnival.

The Carnival kicked off officially on Friday with a stage performance from Tanzanian music star Diamond Platinum at Kololo Independence grounds.

The proceeds of the concert will be used to rehabilitate KCCA schools in Kampala. URN brings you the pictures from the sixth Kampala City Carnival.
