Fresh from defeating Katerina Abdalla in Greece last weekend during the European Championships held at the Greek resort town of Santorini, the 25-year old Apolot has said home advantage will also play a key role for her.

But the soft speaking Greimel who admitted coming to Africa for the first time said she is here for serious business and will give her best during the fight.

Uganda's Alex Matsiko will also be in action in a continental fight against Alexander Dokter (Austria) in what promises to be a tough contest.

Dokter, who is a proven prize fighter with a Pro Austrian Kickboxing Champion belt to his name after just 21 fights (17 wins, 4 losses). Shakey Mubiru will also battle Kenya's Kevin Miruka another title fight, while six other under-cut fights will showcase the event.

Jack Pemba, the founder of Pemba Sports Africa who is one of the sponsors of the fight said he will keep promoting kickboxing in Uganda because he is determined to see it improve.
