Hours before fresh NRM elections, the NRM electoral commission is already receiving complaints from various candidates about plans by their rivals to rig the elections. Majim Joanitta, who is seeking election as the NRM flag bearer for the seat of Bugolobi parish councilor has already petitioned the NRM Electoral Commission, claiming that her rival is planning to rig the polls. She alleges that Constantine Kanga, the incumbent councilor has usurped the powers of the parish chairperson and appointed returning officers to oversee tomorrow's elections. Majim also alleges that another candidate Esther Nadunga has created a polling station in her house and wants the NRM electoral Commission to investigate the matter before the elections are held. She has asked the NRM electoral commission to provide her with security and appoint new returning officers to preside over tomorrow's polls. Majim warns that unless her concerns are addressed immediately, there is likely to violence like that which has marred the NRM primary elections. //Cue in: I will fight...
