Barigye says the First Division Football League is an opportunity for clubs in the Super League to spot talent and identify players with potential. He says it is also a good grooming ground for potential Super League teams.
All districts in Uganda are invited to participate in the First Division League, provided they have 5 registered teams to compete in the action.
