First lady, Janet Museveni, says she is ready to serve the people of Karamoja. Mrs. Museveni was appointed State Minister for Karamoja last week in a cabinet reshuffle announced by President Yoweri Museveni. Ms. Museveni appeared before the parliament appointments committee today for vetting for her cabinet seat.
