Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) FC head coach, Mike Hillary Mutebi has admitted that they lost 3-0 to a tactically smart FUS Rabat side on Sunday.

The loss in the CAF Total Confederations Cup places KCCA FC bottom of Group A after Tunisia's Club Africain stopped Rivers United (Nigeria) 3-1 yesterday.

"We were outplayed because the hosts had an answer for what ever we tried to do," said Mutebi who will arrive this afternoon with the KCCA FC team.

Cue out:..punished us."//

Mutebi said they have the potential to improve when they host Club Africain on May 24th at the Philip Omondi Stadium. The team will also welcome first choice goalkeeper Benjamin Ochan, skipper Denis Okot who missed the game because of suspension and attacking midfielder Muzamir Mutyaba who was injured.

"We conceded 3 goals because of being careless in the middle of the pack. FUS Rabat were the better side but we shall go back to the drawing board and rectify our mistakes," he added.

He called upon his players to be more efficient and keep the focus. "That is what we lacked but I believe there is room for improvement and I expect a better performance in the next game," he added.

Habib Kavuma, who was the stand-in captain in Morocco said they have learnt a lot from the loss. " I'm still confident we can advance to the quarterfinals. We have a chance that our next two games will be at home, therefore we need to capitalize on that and make sure we earn maximum points," added the defender.
