In short
In a fit of anger, Babrah Kabachwezi Kenyangi, a resident of Katongore parish in Ibanda district, shouted at the minister and equated him to dry cow dung.

Police in Ibanda are holding a 40-year old woman for allegedly equating works minister, Engineer John Byabagambi, to dry cow dung.
Babrah Kabachwezi Kenyangi, a resident of Katongore parish in Ibanda district, was arrested this afternoon on the orders of the Ibanda Resident District Commissioner (RDC) Eliasto Akatuheebwa.
This was after she turned wild and started abusing the minister and a team of officials from Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA), who had gathered today at the RDC's office in Ibanda town. The officials had come to address local residents on the delayed compensation process.
More than 70 people are claiming compensation from UNRA for their properties and land destroyed during the upgrading of Kazo - Ibanda-Kamwenge road between 2011 and 2014.
Kenyangi lost his temper after the land acquisition team from UNRA told locals that most of them were claiming what does not belong to them and would not be compensated. She was immediately picked up by the police and taken to Ibanda Central Police Station.
Eliphaz Bakehena representing the affected people said the arrest of Kenyangi was unfortunate adding that Government has, instead of compensating them, started putting up fake claims of taking away their land for free. He said they have no option but to seek court redress.
Jonas Arinaitwe from UNRA acquisition team, however, pledged the road authority's commitment to make new valuation and to compensate the claimants.
Denis Ochama, the Ibanda district police commander, says Kenyangi is still detained at Ibanda central police station as investigations into the matter continue.
