Kabale School Ban for Cheating In Games

Kabale Trinity College will not participate in the national secondary school games tournament for the next three years. 

The Association of Secondary School Head teachers of Uganda-ASSHU, Kabale chapter banned the school for fielding a male student in the female student's competition.

The school was found guilty of fielding Apollo Byamugisha, a male student in the girl's netball, wood ball and volleyball competitions at Immaculate Heart Girl's School in Rukungiri.
 
Luck ran out for Byamugisha when the other participants he was sharing with a dormitory  become suspicious of his gender and alerted the authorities.
 
Rukundo says as a result of the ban, Kabale Trinity College will not represent the district in the national Music, Dance and Drama competitions slated for July 22nd in Mbale this year.
