Kibaale Men Arrested Selling Human Skull

Kibaale Police are holding two men found in possession of a human skull. The suspects are Simon Kiiza and Salongo Busulwa, both residents of Kihumuro Village in Bunswa Sub County.

Alex Asiimwe, the witch doctor says he became suspicious when he got a call from the suspects on Monday morning asking him whether he would be interested in buying a human skull. According to Asiimwe, this prompted him to alert police as he directed the men to bring the skull to his shrine.

Police officers waylaid the suspects and caught them red handed with the human skull and other human bones. During investigations, the suspects claimed they got the human skull from a construction site.
 

Karaki says the suspects will be transferred to Kibaale Central Police station for further interrogation, adding that they face charges of disturbing the peace of the dead.
