Captain Ronald Kakurungu the spokesperson of the Western Zone recruitment team says that the team was targeting to recruit 29 people from Rukungiri but only Managed to recruit 26, two of whom were female. In Kanungu the recruitment team was targeting 19 recruits but managed to get 16, with only one female
Captain Kakurungu notes that the absence of proffessionals like engineers and doctors in the applicants posed a serious challenge to the entire exercise
