The fourth edition of inter clubs tennis tournament, gets underway today at the Lugogo tennis courts in Kampala. Defending champions, Lugogo tennis club, faces the challenge of retaining the title they won last year, after toppling arch rivals, Kampala Tennis Club. Lugogo club captain, James Kasumba, says the title race is stiff. Lugogo boasts of players like Tomas Walter, Fred Luzinda, David Tibahi, Frits Raymakers and captain Kasumba, who is worried of Frank Kwesiga and one Tugyende from the opposition side Kampala. Four teams including Bank of Uganda, Makerere University, Kampala and Lugogo tennis club have confirmed participation in the one-day tournament. The winner walks away with a trophy and a team certificate.
