Fred Mumya, the Bugobero Sub County LC V Councilor, says there are other health centers in the district in dire state of renovation.

A member of the district executive told URN that the talk by the councilors will change anything in far the money from the ministry is concerned. He says the councilors are talking out of excitement after hearing about the Shillings 500million, adding that those who want money for their areas should wait for the next financial year.

Harriet Nandutu, the Manafwa District Speaker, says they need to sit as a council to determine where the money should be used. She says the district health Committee has just allocated money to Bukimanayi Health Center.

"We don't know where the decision of allocating Money to Bukimanayi came from. We as council we are going to convene a meeting to decide appropriately for that money to serve all the other health centers that are in a dire state," She said.
